崗位職責：

1、按時完成指令單下達的生產(chǎn)任務。

2、能對生產(chǎn)任務做出合理的安排，在成本、工藝上提供積極的建議，方便公司節(jié)約成本、提產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。

3、生產(chǎn)過程中隨時對產(chǎn)品進行抽檢,以防止不良現(xiàn)象的產(chǎn)生.

4、對生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品和生產(chǎn)過程中調(diào)機部分做好標識.

5、異型標簽(如梯型標.雙標和大小標等)模切加大檢查的力度.保證產(chǎn)品的打印和貼標方便.

6、生產(chǎn)前仔細核對計劃損耗,核對材料數(shù)量,對有疑問的提出上報給組長

7、按計劃損耗進行調(diào)機和生產(chǎn).本著節(jié)省的原則. 控制生產(chǎn)中的任何損耗.包括調(diào)機,油墨和多生產(chǎn)出來的數(shù)量都必須以最少數(shù)量.

8、按設備操作規(guī)程上的保養(yǎng)項目對生產(chǎn)設備進行日常保養(yǎng).(包括檢查轉(zhuǎn)動部件,活動部件加油等)

9、生產(chǎn)過程中按規(guī)范操作,對于設備轉(zhuǎn)動部位和標識有安全警告標識的地方操作必須謹慎,做到安全生產(chǎn).

要求：

1、男，40歲以下，兩年以上模切經(jīng)驗，頭腦靈活，品質(zhì)意識強。

2、有責任心，工作積極、踏實，具有一定的協(xié)調(diào)能力。

3、學習能力強，服從管理，能適應加班。
