Sale coordinator/ Sale Engineer

Job Summary:

To manage and drive the sales and marketing activity for company products in China and Taiwan. Key market analysis for new product development and marketing strategies.

Job description:

1. To be responsible for accurate and timely issue of quotations and preforms invoices to our customers as required.

2. Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.

3. Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements to customers.

4. To process inquires by phone, fax, email and personal visits in relation to company business

5. To meet customers on our premises to discuss their requirements.

6. Other tasks to support the business plan as and when required including working extra hours if required to ensure company business objectives are met.

7. Coordinate between various Departments and give full support to and Sales team.

8. Follow up delivery schedule with Planner or Supply Chain team and responding to the customers.

9. Assist with the preparation of sales planning, quotations and after sales service.

10. Handle administration tasks, such as documentation and co-ordination to related party

11. Ensuring the complete sales process in accordance with company's policy during business transaction such as pricing policies, credit control, ordering process, delivery issues, etc

12. To perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in any related field.

2. At least 3 - 5 years directly related sales experience in IC or RFID IC are highly desired.

3. Additional experience in packaging for the electronics sector is highly desirable.

4. Experience working within a multinational company is highly desirable but not essential.

5. Must be flexible good in negotiation and thrives in a team environment.

6. Good in English and China communication.

7. Always positive thinking to the company and co-workers.

8. Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.
