Follow my conception of our technology to be adapted:
1. Pallet should have one tag gps/gprs in one feet of product;
2. There is the problem about metal coverage, pallets will be fit into the truck container;
3. If we can seize gps reader installed in the truck, it will be very great. Great part of brazilian trucks have gps antena;
4. We will have no rfid reader in the pallets, it’s very expensive;
5. My primary idea is adopt gps and/or gprs tag, make it converse with gps reader in the truck and after removed, provide the signal by satellite.

RFID chip should be inserted in one of the feets with tracking by wireless and/or GPS in real time. Project will use all the elements of Internet of Things (IoT), on Industry 4.0. Material should be plastic and support -40o.C, as well as +40o.C. An extra reinforce for physical impact will be welcome. Pallet, which be monitored all the time, should sent factory, pass for wholesaler and leave in the supermarket (bigs and smalls), when should send sinals for the factory get back that one.
Goal:
- Reuse the pallets around of 6 times, saving money;
- Avoid cargo theft, when pallets are moved far from the truck that have traceability system. In this case, pallet can be found in a reception place and factory can recover the goods and/or find the thiefs.
